(WLSB) By using its own land bank, WLSB is building 20 units of semidees and bungalows located near to Taman Cabaran, Putrajaya & Putrajaya International Convention Centre (PICC), Putrajaya. The entire project which is worth RM33.78 mil is aptly named SAPPHIRE RESIDENSI.
Besides that, in Sabah, WLSB is currently involved in 3 mixed development projects in Kota Kinabalu.
As the hospitality industry is fast gaining momentum in Kedah, WLSB is building a 20-storey high, 210 beds hotel with silver rating GBI (Green Building Index) in the Royal town of Anak Bukit, Kedah. In recent years, the company has made inroads by teaming up with other developers to develop many other strategic lands in Kuala Lumpur and Johor Bahru to build affordable housing which comprise apartments and condominium.
In addition to their current projects, WLSB is also embarking on its Royal Widad Hospital project which will see three full-fledge hospitals being built in the next few years in Bandar Kinrara, Puchong, Alor Setar, Kedah and Gombak, Selangor collaboration with International Islamic University Malaysia). WLSB also plans on to build its first branch of the Widad University College (WUC) Campus in Kuala Lumpur.
